Day 1: Arrival in Palermo

Welcome to Sicily!
Your Sicilian journey begins as you arrive at Palermo Falcone-Borsellino Airport. Meet your Italian-speaking driver, who will transfer you to your hotel. Take time to relax and settle in, ready for an unforgettable adventure.

Day 2

Day 2: Monreale and Palermo

Morning: Monreale Cathedral and Palermo Exploration
Visit the spectacular Monreale Cathedral, a shining example of Arab-Norman architecture adorned with golden mosaics.

Late Morning: Palermo Walking Tour
Return to Palermo to explore its lively street markets (like Capo or Ballarò), sample delicious street food, and wander through historic landmarks like Piazza Pretoria and the “Four Corners.”

Afternoon: Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Optional: Join a cooking class and dine with locals to learn the secrets of Sicilian cuisine.

Day 3

Day 3: Marsala and Erice

Morning: Medieval Charm of Erice

Day 5: Siracusa and Ortigia

Day 7: Leisure Day in Taormina

Spend the day at your own pace exploring Taormina, a charming resort town perched on a coastal bluff. Its ancient streets, boutique shops, and stunning views of the Tyrrhenian Sea will captivate you.

Day 8

Day 8: Departure from Catania

Farewell Sicily
Your Sicilian adventure concludes as your driver transfers you from Taormina to Catania Airport. Take home wonderful memories of this enchanting island. Arrivederci!

The 8-day tour exceeded all expectations. The guides were always 15 minutes early, professional, knowledgeable, and felt like traveling with friends. The hotels were fantastic, and the vehicles were comfortable and new. Josephine Cilaria and Raymond Amato were outstanding guides, and Sergio and Valerie were also fantastic. The company lunch is a must! My family and I did a Disney Tour in Italy a few years ago, but this Sicily Tour was managed even better.

We traveled to Sicily on a journey to find my grandfather’s homeland. After some research, we had the name and address of an aunt who remained in San Cataldo, Caltanissetta. Arrangements were made for an English-speaking driver to take four of us to this small town in the heart of Sicily. Vincenzo was our guide for the day and did a fantastic job taking us to city hall to locate records about my aunt and then to the street where she lived. We discovered details about her life that we had never known. Vincenzo was our guide, translator, and friend during an adventure we’ll never forget. Thank you, Vincenzo!
